23/10/1916: When SW of Ireland was attacked by a U-Boat, torpedo missed
09/01/1917: When 20 miles SW of Fasnet, attacked by a U-Boat with torpedoes
& gunfire. The ship was beached at Berehaven to prevent sinking
Subsequently refloated and repaired
05/04/1927: Broken up at Genoa by FA Bertorello
