Comments: 06/10/1928: In collision with SAN GERARDO off the Nore
CITY OF LANCASTER beached near Whitstable to avoid sinking
Stern was knocked 3ft 3ins out of line & hull twisted
01/1929: Damage was repaired in Palmers' Jarrow Dock by cutting hull in half
She was also lengthened by 5ft in the process of the repair
06/12/1953: Arrived at Troon for breaking up
11/12/1953: Breaking up commenced by West of Scotland Shipbreaking Co
09/09/1954: Breaking up completed
